Kate Kosewski joined the team at DTiQ in September 2022 to oversee the human resource function. In her day-to-day, you can find Kate building the HR function to support DTiQ’s growth plans and drive new culture initiatives.  

Prior to joining DTiQ, Kate led human resources at Advisor Investments.  She gained extensive human resources experience during her tenure at Innosight Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm that was acquired by Huron Consulting Group.  She began her career at Highfields Capital Management supporting both the human resources and facilities management teams.    

Kate is a proud graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received her graduate certificate in human resources from Franklin Pierce University.
