DTiQ and Torch POS (built on the Quantic Point of Sale Platform) Deliver a Solution for Dutch Pot Restaurant Group Thanks to the Restaurant Technology Network’s Open API Framework

[Framingham, MA] April 2, 2024– DTiQ, a leading provider of intelligent cloud-based video surveillance, loss prevention, and business analytics solutions, is thrilled to announce its latest POS integration with Torch POS built on the Quantic POS platform. This collaboration represents a significant step forward in operational efficiency and security for Dutch Pot restaurants, a valued customer of both companies.

The integration harnesses DTiQ’s Data API to synchronize transactional-level data between DTiQ and Quantic POS platforms with camera video footage. Dutch Pot, a renowned restaurant chain specializing in Caribbean cuisine, has already reaped the benefits of this innovative solution, experiencing notable time savings and operational enhancements.

“We are thrilled with the seamless integration between DTiQ and Torch POS,” said Tamara Tulloch, President at Dutch Pot. “Having our POS transactional data intricately linked with video footage has revolutionized our ability to monitor customer transactions, track employee performance, and optimize overall operations. This integration has significantly elevated our restaurant management capabilities and enhanced the customer experience.”

“Collaborating with DTiQ has been a game-changer for us and our mutual customers, like Dutch Pot,” said Sam Avello, President and CEO of AxePayments and Torch POS.

Quantic, known for its intuitive and robust POS platform tailored for the restaurant industry, found the integration process with DTiQ’s Data API to be swift and effortless, thanks to the Open API Framework established by Restaurant Technology Network.

“DTiQ’s Data API was easy to integrate with and provides everything you expect from a modern API,” said Quantic’s co-founder and Chief Product Officer Nikki Kaushik.

The successful integration of DTiQ and Torch POS built on Quantic’s POS platform exemplifies the power of collaboration within the technology industry, where industry leaders unite to offer a comprehensive and superior solution to their shared customers. Dutch Pot’s success story with this integrated solution is a testament to the tangible benefits and efficiencies that result from such partnerships.

“We are thrilled to partner with these solutions to amplify the value that we provide customers,” said Steve Habermas, Chief Product & Technology Officer of DTiQ.  “Our partnership underscores our commitment to delivering solutions that empower restaurants to improve their business operations and profits.”
